Google can do that with ease.
A simple google search for the NE555 and 25kHz already give an abundance of results.
Read through them ;)

So?
Use the schematics and change them.
If you can not read circuit diagrams I fail to see how you would be able to change any board.

In that case, it may be beneficial for you to learn how these simple circuits work. There are many great YouTube videos and documentation out there if you know where to look. AfroTechMods, GreatScott, EEVblog, PowerMax (me ;P ) as well as lots of documentation by sites like Wikipedia,* AllAboutCircuits, Instructables, datasheets and application notes for these components, etc etc etc.

The 555 Timer is a much outdated (and if not for the electronics hobby, obsolete) chip from the late 70's but due to it's versatility it has become extremely popular. The LM358 is one of the more common op amps you will run across. It is very easy to find documentation and tutorials regarding these devices, so I recommend doing a little investigation and reverse engineering.
