Websites to Shun - Violate Copyright Answered

More and more websites are doing it now...taking pictures and info from instructables and posting it without giving credit.

(Link Removed - Just in case I'm crazy, because no one else seems to recognize it)

I found that using stumbleupon (and gave it a thumbs down).

Post up the links to website to avoid...websites that don't respect copyright laws. (in relation to instructables)

Can you guys help me find the original instructable that the linked to website copied?

Have you killed the wackyarchives site? All I get is "problems loading page".

So, it does? ;-) Just messin' with ya.

Because I specifically remember reading it on here, and criticizing the lack of instructions (in my head).

I think the Instructable you're talking about was posted for the Halloween 2007 contest. I remember a similar project too, but I also remember it was not just a "ghost". The metallic skeleton was used as a support for ivy (or some other vegetable). I think it was about "how to make vegetable sculpture" or something ....

It may have been for the halloween contest, but it was definitely about using it to scare people.

I've even seen pictures from iBles, or at least ones that had been uploaded to it, used in commercial products.

Many of the blog feeds and "funny" sites do it too. My Barbie doll electric chair ended up so many places that I couldn't tell you all of them. :(
