What are polyacene batteries? Answered

Hi, I've recently come across these batteries that say "Polyacene Battery". I looked at the rating, and it's stated in Farads. I went on Wikipedia but it didn't show up, however the search results had one entry, "supercapacitors". So are these supercapacitors or batteries? I do however know they are rechargeable.

Polyacene batteries are actually capacitors. I would not classify them as supercapacitors. They are typically button or coin caps found in video/camera/consumer electronics equipment due to their high cycle life. These capacitors typically have relatively low voltage characteristics. As with all caps, these can be recharged. Shoei is the major manufacturer and developer of these components. They call them PAS semiconductors. I've had to replace them before. What are you doing with them?

i downloaded the pdf's from A Practical Guide to Free Energy Devices and found in chapter 5 it talks about a schematic for a joule thief using a 600uf 2.7v Batt/Cap and after researching it, found Polyacene rechargeable battery /capacitor 0.7 Farad x3 on ebay. i want to know, if i put it in the circuit will it work. also how much power is required to recharge a battery? would a variable resistor work better then a single ohm resistor?

i am wanting to put together a joule thief that is capable of putting out enough power to drive a bicycle cross country.

Sorry but you ain't gonna drive cross country with one of these. They put out enough power for an LED, not a 500 watt motor. Joule thieves are used to extract last remaining power from a near dead battery. They don't create energy.

I am fully aware of what a joule thief does, I intend to use a modified circuit (as described) as the primary power source and then channel that power into a generator to increase the power; while (hopefully) using a spark gap to harness the Eather.

I need to know if the Polyacene batt/cap will gain enough power to recharge the battery and how much power is needed to recharge any small battery 1.5v up to 12v.

what would be better, a simple ohm resistor or a variable resistor. I am new to these things and desire to learn as much as i can.
I have read almost all of the chapters completely: free-energy-info.co.uk you will have to scroll down a ways to come across the joule thief or just "ctrl+f" joule thief.

What kind of generator do you plan on using? What in the world is "Eather"? A spark gap consumes energy, you wont get any more out than alot less than you put in.

What battery are you referring to? In any case, these caps will not have nearly enough power to charge the battery. Wire them up in series to multiply voltage, then wire in a few strings of series wired caps in parallel to multiply the capacity, and you should have your own capacitor bank.

aether is an energy field that permeates all forms of matter and yet at the same time does not interact with matter unless it is disturbed.

The generator at this point will be a simple dc motor from radio shack with attached magnets and some sort of circuitry to store and direct power where needed.

in some manner i understand series and parallel, but i am having a little difficulty comprehending. series=end to end parallel=side to side. and what about the variable resistors?

well, the Ether is what "Cold Electricity" is derived from. The more power flowing through the circuit the colder it becomes. I need to know what the pulse rate frequency is for cold electricity to take effect and what kind of cheap device i could purchase for $20 or less if possible.

Are you talking about a heat pump, cause that's not "aether". One side gets hot, other gets cold, more power, more difference between the two sides temperature.

I have a Q: if I were to use multiple Pulsed circuits in parallel, would each circuit add to the frequency? the higher the frequency, the shorter the pulses the better my intended idea will work.

Ahh, I see, do you have any evidence of the existance of this "Aether"? Your circuit won't work, if it does, please send me a video of it gathering "aether", I would love to see it.

I've never used them before but I'd class them as capacitors that can substitute for batteries in certain cases.
