Wheelchair Joystick Answered

Has anyone ever conected a wii nunchuck to a electric wheelchair as a secondary controller and speed control if so does anyone have the instructions on how to achieve this please

No wired its just where to tap into and what wires to use

The actual nunchuck wires provide a signal called I2S to the other electronics, and interfacing that to a chair controller might be possible, but without a LOT of supporting information (which the chair controller folks are HIGHLY unlikely to give you) its not practical.

If you were to open the nunchuck, you could get to the pots on the joystick, and then connect them to the chair perhaps. The pots are 30K linear tracks.

Have a look at the self-balancing board projects. They use wimotes to control vehicles.
