Who can make LED Equalizers such as the ones that go inside T-shirts but much smaller? Answered

My boyfriend and I own our own mask company. We used to put equalizers in the mouth piece. They were about 2inchs long by 4 inches wide and were powered by a AAA battery pack. The manufacture stopped making them and we are looking for someone new who could make them or something very similar in size.

What was the battery life on them like ? How many AAA ? How many elements on the bar graph - rows and columns ? They aren't "equalizers" they're just displays of the frequencies in the signal.

it had 2 AAA batteries and they would last quite awhile if we left it on constantly probably 24 hours. There are 8 rows and 11 columns.

The things you have look like Electroluminescent panels to me- big area, not spectacularly bright ?

I was afraid of that. A flexible EL panel is custom manufactured, and will cost a lot of money to tool up for. We could mount LEDs on a flexible circuit board though, more expensive per unit than a custom EL panel, but no tooling

Im just not sure if that option would work for us, we would need to see a sample. How much does tool up cost? and how would I fine a custom manufacturer?
