Yet another ZKAR issue. Answered

here's another issue that I feel needs to be solved on the ZKAR.  Sometimes the pusher forces 2 rounds together side by side in the mag, which causes a jam.  This is caused by expanding mag walls, are there any fixes for this?

The removable mag version requires a 5 layer thick body. The mag itself is 3 layers.

Never happened to me, but you could add gray connectors on blue rods popping out of the side of the gun? I'm not sure, I have the gun built right now but I do not have this problem.

Mess witht he mag band. That happens to me sometimes, but I don't know if it is because the band is too loose or tight. I just mess with it until it works.

I loosened it a bit, the problem is less severe now.

Possibly try adding grey connectors to the blue rods that hold the mag together?

DUCT TAPE IT. No problem cannot be solved with enough duct tape.

I currently have tape on the mag. I can't put any more on without it interfering with the gun's operation.

Ah. Did you think of putting straightened paper clips through holes in the pieces that don't block the mechanism and bending them so they held it together?

What about looping them under the part that catches the ammo and making a spring to the walls? I do that on my current sidearm-modded Park 52 to keep it together.

I used a couple of paperclips bent partially into a spring to pull the mag walls of the gun closer together, and have the twisted part under the pieces that the ammo falls into to avoid messing up the shot or jamming the gun. Think clothespin spring but longer.

I used y connectors, and it worked for me. I'm not sure why grey connectors didn't work

How many fecking bands do you have on your pusher to get them side by side... I'm not sure if you already have done this, but put grey cons on your blue rods, making the layers not split.

And as for everyone talking about the zg3 that I built with help from Mepain, I don't see why are you.

I'm building it for the sake of trying something out. Do you or Mepain happen to have any internal pics of it or did both of you destroy your guns by now?

I no longer have the gun but he does. There were several issues with it which are responsible for its destruction in my possession.
