i did but they are way expensive. they are like through the roof expensive .
    if you have any shock watch labels (don't care the condition) can you mail them.

They are expensive for a reason. If you don't like it, that's too bad. Telling (not asking) people to give you stuff for free is surprisingly selfish, not to mention absurdy naive.

you're probably not going to find them cheaper - they cost what they cost.

I'm assuming you want to build your own version?

You've already found out; that will be expensive if you do it "properly" (why do you think they keep re-using Buster instead of making a new one for each test?).

So, improvise.

Find a window mannequin in a dumpster, disarticulate it and make your own joints.  Instead of ballistic gel, fill it with gelatine ("jello").  If you can't find a mannequin, get an old fake-leather sofa, rip off the skin and sew it into a big doll.  Make an armature from broom handles, with linked staples for joints.

Accelerometers are probably the only part you can't improvise, and they are available online for only a few dollars (for example, $11.80 from Sparkfun).

Just one thing: take plenty of photos as you build him, and post an Instructable.
