I am an author of the instructable: instant party paper lanterns

At first, I was genuinely excited about the amount of links it generated from various etsy-like sites all crediting the original post. I have recently come across a slew of blatant ripoffs all in violation of the copyright...some of which actually use one of MY images as the main image for their business which essentially sells these (listed here).

Is there anything I can do? I have the Attribution Non-commercial Share Alike (by-nc-sa) license.

Did you contact the hosting website to submit a takedown claim? Even email that site rep using the image. You might need to order their production run of 200,000 per month to ruin them though.
