does anyone know how to make glow in the dark tennis balls (or have some suggestions)? Answered

I need help making glow in the dark tennis balls for a friend. these tennis balls will actually be used for tennis, and should be able to be seen clearly in the dark. If you have any ideas on how to get a tennis ball to glow in the dark, suggestions on glow in the dark paint, or anything else relating to this project, I would be glad to hear about it.

Phosphorescent paint would work, BUT it's not very bright and dims exponentially. If you painted it fluorescent and illuminated with UV (blacklight) the whole thing (inc rackets & court) would work. That's a big job though, but do think how you'll tell whether the ball is "out" or "in" in the dark. L

it could be posible to use something called litroenergy, but i'm not sure if it is sold or if is not extremely expensive, the web publishing it looks suspicous

You could just soak the ball in glow in the dark paint, let it dry, and then play a game in the dark.

Glow in the dark spraypaint would also work.

What about cutting a small hole and putting LED throwies inside each? The balls should still bounce well enough and the throwies should be bright enough to see.
