I think that there is a relationship of space-time. Light "does not manage time" but time seems to slow down in a hypothetical vehicle traveling at speeds close to the speed of light. This phenomenon has been proved with very accurate clocks on board spaceships. The clocks have slowed down in fractions of a second like Albert Einstein predicted.

Could you explain that a little more, the question you're asking doesn't make too much sense, are you asking about light traveling and how time affects it?

Or are you talking about time management through light, as in body clock and wake up lights...

the sun DOES have a tendency to 'come up' during the day and be gone at night...

It's not gone at night, it's in my garage. That's what I told my kids anyway.

What you are asking for is and understanding of a subject that scientists and mathematicians spend a lifetime studying and still argue the point.

But from what I understand it is not that light manages time but that the speed of light is the factor that manages time.

Google "theory of relativity" and do some more reading.  Youtube has some great animations about it.

P.S. when you get your PHD, come back here and explain it to us.
