I would like to make a filling head "overflow filling head"


I already try to make a prototype in pvc
but I encountered problem with seal

The pics are nice but without knowing what your exact problem is....
I assume your problem is the back flow path and not the seal on the bottle.
Both the outer tube and the inner tube should fit with little to no tolerence and the inner tube should have a channel for the liquid go flow back.
For a system that does not need to be so complicated you have to provide a proper seal above the overflow outlet.
Best for this job are oil seal rings with a spring inside.
Using PVC for a prototype might work but the real one should be made from nylon or stainless steel.

For the screw connections you get special screw fittings that provide a seal by compressing a rubber ring onto the pipe and screw fitting.
Same principle like you find in the trap under your kitchen sink.
For the standard copper and stainless steel pipe diameters you also get compression fittings to do the job of a permanent seal.
But good to hear you got the problems sealed ;)

Which seal? Seems like there is a float or one way valve to make the liquid go into the overflow tube.
