how do I workout my lower abs and actually get results? Answered

I always do crunches and I see results in the upper section of my abs, yet the lower section seems to stay the same. Does anyone know a good workout that will actually show results?

Lay down on your back and lift your legs into the air about 6 inches off the ground. It is very exhausting. Do about four reps of ten seconds, and over time work your way up to thirty seconds.

To target your lower abdominals you need to work with your legs, by doing scissors, bicycle etc, see step 5 of this instructable for some workouts.

. My guess is that you're abs are in pretty good shape, it's just that layer of adipose tissue that won't go away.
