A PMW is simple, it turns the power on and off and on and off and so on, controlling the speed of a motor or the brightness of a light.

The more time the power is on the faster the motor runs or the brighter the light is.

The more time the power is off the slower the motor runs or the dimer the light is.

What shows the panel is connected and how it is working would be a display circuit and that is a separate circuit.

A very excellent supplier of electronics wizardly Adafruit, sells a 12 channel 16 bit PWM LED driver with 2 line SPI control from any microprocessor for under $8

https://www.adafruit.com/products/1455?gclid=CjwKE...

See their video to begin to understand the magnificent IQ power of that chip.

Of course my seeing eye is in repair so I cannot envision if your flying-saucer, Cat-motor or LED string that you need to PWM here !

So talk to us to help you or

drop the p from the above text line.

A controller could be an RC 555.

Could you be more specific about which controller ?

Are you using a radio remote or direct ?
