how to build a circuit for a micro remote control vehicle.? Answered

I am trying to make a very small receiver and transmitter from scratch to remote control many very small devices, specifically movement. the transmitter has to be an integrated circuit, but on a scale that is not sold commercially. this may be a bit vague but could anyone give me schematics for such a thing? keep in mind, i need 6 channel control and i might have thousands of separate units i have to control simultaneously. also if anyone can help with make the transmitter work with a computer, so that i can program all the functions for each of the machines from a computer, it would really help. Thanks! (p.s. i can't be much more specific)oh and i have all fabrication equipment i need from  photolithography as well as atomic force and scanning tunneling microscopes for building things on that scale, just to give an idea of what scale i'm talking about. (the reason i'm asking for help is because i'm trying to incorporate my research with something outside my field and electronics is not my speciality.) 


You need to get a degree in electrical engineering, with nanofab as a minor, then get a masters and phD in nanofab.

Thats not helpful.... plus, what is a phd going to do? that simply means you have done research on it, not that you are more knowledgeable in it....

If you say so. What you're talking about is quite unsuitable to the backyard hobbyist. You seem to have some idea that desire equates capability and training. If that works for you, fine.

I understand your point, And you are probably right in the long run but I see something that is a little difficult to get a degree in since it is yet to exist... The methods to produce it are known but the thing i wish to make will not be helped by additional education due to the fact that it is not yet invented.... Thanks anyways though.

There will be people on your campus whose specialty *IS* electronics. There are likely to be people whose specialty is specifically solid-state, chip-level electronics.

Part of what you're supposed to be learning is how to do research. Part of learning to do research is learning to use the resources available to you.

Most chips can be found as bare silicon, for integration using flip chip techniques or wire bonded. It is a very specialised area.


Well understand that but I'm not building it like that, I'm going for sub micron circuitry. so i need the actual schematics as well as the atomic structures of each of the components. it might be integrated or just constructed atom by atom by AFM. This is a nanotechnology thing. Just the circuitry is not my field so i ask for help here where anonymous people are willing to help a random stranger. most likely the later, but i do not wish to approach sizes where there is quantum interference but just above it.

This is beyond state of art, laying down active circuits atom-by-atom. Even spintronics is not at that scale.

There is absolutely no way that chip makers will reveal the mask and doping details of their ICs.
