Rapeseed, really? If you are looking for a 'natural' lubricant to use during intercourse there are countless brands which cater to this market, I would even go as far to say that unscented or natural lubes are becoming the norm now.

Why go as far as to use rapeseed oil for lube though. How hard up are you for lube? It's like using Chlorox to bleach your hair, you could do it, but why?.

Unless you are susceptible to infection I can't see this being a problem, but it will be messy, sexual lube is designed to dry up and not leave a residue after a while, rapeseed oil.. not so much. Enjoy!

I will not advise you to use anything oil let alone oil lube. The best is to use either water based lubes or Silicone Based. Depending on the one that have made up your mind to choose, you can only the best when you go for either the Water Based And Silicone. http://bestlubeforanal.com has more reviews on the best anal lubes for sex.

GRAPE SEED OIL. is what you're thinking of, please dont be silly. :P grape seed oil makes great lube and is actually good for you because its a moisturiser, its also more natural than the shop brand stuff. It was a good idea to check before actually trying this, haha :P

Wrong. He's not "being silly". There really is such a thing as rapeseed oil. You can find it in Cooking Oil and Peanut Butter.

Rapeseed is just another word for canola.

Just to help clear things up - rapeseed oil is the same thing as canola oil. I was confused by this, too, when I first moved to the UK from America.

Secondly, believe it or not, a lot of doctors actually recommend rapeseed / canola as a lubricant to couples who are trying to conceive. I was surprised the first time I heard it, too, but it's better than most commercial lubes because it doesn't impair sperm motility as much. If you spend time on fertility forums, you'll see it come up often, and people usually have a fairly uninformed response to it.

I would definitely make sure you educate yourself on oil vs water vs silicone based lubes, though. Oil based ones will definitely make condoms break, and silicone ones can't be used with silicone toys, so be smart and safe and choose the right tools for the job!

I'd tell you NOT to use canola oil for a sexual lubricant. It's oil based and only water based lubricants should be used for your naughty bits. Oil based lubricants are harder to flush out of your body and wont dry on their own leading to a greater possibility of disease. It might be heart healthy but it's definitely NOT vagina healthy.

Cooking oil? Canola? Unsalted butter would probably be better.

uh....most likely not, but using a cheap lube from the drug store would probably be better....
