You might have a difficult time in trying to interface that small lcd display with the arduino. It seems to be an obsolete out of production part and you would need access to the datasheets to create a driver library if one does not exist. And not knowing how it is addressed hardwarewise, the wiring can take up all the available pins on the arduino without additional circuitry. Arduinos are good for a few lines of text or a really low res graphic but you need to move to something like a raspberry pi for higher resolution due to more onboard memory and processing power. You might want to take a look at adafruit.com which has various lcd displays and tutorials on how to use with an arduino. If you are a beginner, you might be better off with a recent piece of equiment and documented support. Good luck.
