for a catcher cup, try spongenalia on ebay

Burf has already given you a good summary. You can also look at the top two "related" I'bles, in the lower right sidebar:

Unless you are looking for an original I would just use a small glass or porcelain bowl for the catcher. If you're looking for an original, ebay would be a good place to start.
To clean, disassemble and all let all of the metal parts soak in boiling hot soapy water for 10-15 minutes then scrub with stiff brush. Rinse thoroughly and dry with compressed air blower. Lightly coat the gear and shaft mechanism with mineral oil (not the burr.)
To protect the painted finish, use a satin finish, clear polyurethane spray paint.
Once you have it re-assembled, grind a couple of cups of cheap coffee beans and toss them away. You should be ready for the good stuff then.
