Very Cheap 1.5 $ Angle Grinder

Intro: Very Cheap 1.5 $ Angle Grinder

its for those people who don,t have a high budget, and want an emergency angle grinder .

its ready in half an hour or less ( depending upon the type of epoxy you use)

material required -

1x instant glue ( i used feviquick )

1x araldite

1x angle grinder blade

1x hand drill

1x small plastic piece( optional )

STEP 1:

procedure -

mix the 2 set epoxy and keep it aside

put some feviquick on the head of the drill( be careful don't let it go in inside the hole )

put the plastic piece on it

let it dry

put some more feviquick on the plastic piece

mount the angle grinder wheel on it top

see that it is calibrated in the center

put the mixed epoxy on top and bottom where the plastic is stuck to the angle grinder blade ,

let it dry

STEP 2:

test-

take a metal piece

turn on the drill

it there is lots of sparks it is good

if not , then it is not callibrated well

break it and restart

have fun

STEP 3:

Hmmm... But before you use it you need to use the right safetywear.

Be careful. First of all use a guard, because it needs one in the first place, you could make it out of a bottle. Second, if the grinders are set up wrong they are even more prone to breaking so if you have this and it is the slightest bit off it will break. Good concept. Just be careful

Construct a blade guard too, lest the tool be part of you.
