Nothing could be easier or prettier than a watermelon cocktail!
We got four watermelons today in the test kitchen - Audrey wanted to dehydrate them, and I am reaaaaaally looking forward to that. We had half of a big watermelon left over. We also had tequila. And so watermelons cocktails happened without any documentation except for photos of a pretty drink and the watermelon carnage that resulted.
Ingredients:
Taste it and add more tequila or sugar as needed.
Enjoy! I was really pleased with this - it was super refreshing. :D
I think next time I make these I'm going to add mint and lime - wish I would have had it on hand today!

- half a large seedless watermelon (enough to fill a blender - maybe 5-6 cups?)
- 2-3 shots tequila
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- citrus juice - we didn't put any in today, but I bet lime would be perfect.
- two handfuls of ice cubes
Taste it and add more tequila or sugar as needed.
