Step 1: Clean Window

clean window as u like

Step 2: Paint

paint frame according to ur like

Step 3: Paint Ur Tree

now on side that's against wall paint ur tree to ur liking.

Step 4: Hang Picture

I used two picture hangers on on each top side with a wire ran from each to hang up
