Project needs help

Ok. So I am printing a 3d model of the ghost from destiny... and it has a small LED light that activates when I twist the body. I'd like to make a hologram that spells the words "Hello Titan". I have seen some people use simple Holographic paper pyramid but how could I do this? After this is done I want to put a speaker with a pre recorded voice that says the same thing everytime the light activates? (Help would really be appreciated :)

3D Print Workshop at a library

We've had a 3D printer at our library for about 6 months now. We would love to offer workshops on how to use software like Tinkercad or 123D to create your own designs. We are currently looking for someone to lead the workshop. Any ideas where we could connect with someone? We are located in Marin County, right next to San Francisco: http://www.beltiblibrary.org/ Many thanks for any suggestions on forums, people to reach out to or even workshop ideas.

Aluminum Casting with 3D Prints

Is there any reliant and consist way to create high RPM gears using 3D prints? What I had planned to do is 3D print some gears out, make silicon molds out of them and then pouring wax in the silicon molds. I then would put the wax into sand and then pour molten aluminum into it. To me, it sounds good in theory but I thought somebody else might have tried making PLA 3D prints into metal.

Converting a .dwg into a .stl for 3D printing a house design (Converting to watertight mesh/ 3d volume)

Hey you guys,I am hoping to use the powers of a crowd to find a quick answer to my problem. I have the architectural Design (.dwg) of a given house (simple model for comparison attached). I need to convert this into a .stl file, preferrably using Fusion360 or Autocad. (newest Version)I understand that the type of the walls and roof is not a 3D volumetric type or a watertight mesh, so the question is how to get there. (Also: of what type of "structure" are these walls - I mean .. they are 3D?)I am an electronics engineer by training, so my CAD knowledge is rather restricted to PCB design. I would be pleased if you can help me out with this, so I can get back to those PCB's :)Thank you guys a lot!lusch
