Look for suppliers of castors.

Keep looking, they don't always have solid tyres. It depends on diameter - something like 200mm is the minimum

Are you thinking of training wheels? That is what we used to call them. Small outboard wheels attached to the rear bike axle to keep the bike from falling over until the rider can learn the basics of riding. The day you get your training wheels taken off is usually the day you learn all about gravity and momentum. Often that hard way.

A balance bike is a small child's bike with no drive system, just 2 wheels and a frame so their feet reach the ground to push them along and learn to balance on 2 wheels. He is looking for 10 r 12 inch wheels.

Yep after some 9-10 inch wheels . Would only need front wheels , as power is from a scooting action , or striding from rider .
U.K. Source. Preferred thanks all j

Pram wheels are pretty rugged these days - we used an off road 3 wheel pram with our boys, it's still going strong about 15 years later (we passed it on to a child-minding friend). It had 12 inch wheels with pneumatic tyres, perfect for a balance bike.

1. Buy a small child's bike and rob the wheels

2. 100's of childs bikes get taken to your local tip every week - try there.

3.

OR get a set of suitable rims off the web and make up an 18mm plywood centre for them. Bearings in the middle will be plenty strong enough for a childs bike.
