Warming our hands during the operation of the Turbo Jet burner .The turbo flame process is as sharp as a needle and very powerful. It operates for over 1 minute with the gas cylinder turned off! Very economical!

Supplies

I demonstrate how to properly bend a thin copper tube into a spiral. I use a copper tube with an outer diameter of 4.5 mm. To make it easier to bend, use a round base and fill the tube with sand to prevent excessive deformation at the bends.

Step 1:

How I turned an old casing into a burner frame. I found an old casing at the landfill and thought it would be perfect for heating the flame and serving as a frame for the turbo burner. But first, I needed to extract the capsule.

Step 2:

The old lighter could have been restored, but I decided to disassemble it and remove some parts to make the burner. It's not worth the time and money for restoration. So, we carefully dismantle it and extract the burner element.

Step 3:

Soldering the nozzle to the tube. This needs to be done carefully to avoid damaging the thread.

Step 4:

  • For better airflow, power, and extension of the turbo flame, I drill a hole in the casing.
  • Put on the rubber seal and screw on the nozzle.
  • Soldering the casing . Note that the side holes of the metal casing must align with the side holes of the nozzle. Otherwise, you'll have an excess or deficiency of oxygen

Step 5:

Assembling all components into one system and testing it. I use a proven original valve system for gas cylinders, as always. This system is original, safe, and no different from a portable camping stove.

Step 6:

A detailed overview of how the ultra-thin and long turbo flame works. As you can see, the flame is very long and thin, and the burner doesn't heat up! Therefore, we put the spiral on the finger, creating a very ergonomic holder. It's very convenient for burning, heating, or soldering copper tubes.

It is very economical one gas cylinder can last for more than 24 hours of continuous operation, considering periodic cooling of the burner.
