Introduction: ANDROID ARDUINO BLUETOOTH RC CAR

About: i am a maker.A big fan of Arduino. from India. interest in coding...

Hi guys, this is my first instructable, my english is bad..I think I did a fairly good job

The Arduino is open-source hardware, based on a simple board with inputs and outputs, analog and digital, in a development environment that is based on the programming language processing. It is a device that connects the physical world with the virtual world, or the analogue world with the digital. for more Click here

Android is a mobile operating system (OS) currently developed by Google, based on the Linux kernel and designed primarily for touchscreen mobile devices. for more Click here

In this project we link this two platform and make another hardware.

Step 1: Parts Needed

Mainly, this project have 2part.

1) We create this on a Arduino board and fit it on a chassis.

2) Then make a PCB and mount Microcontroller on it and fit it on RC car.

FIRST create prototype on Arduino development board using this parts ...

For this project we need following parts >.

ARDUINO

BATTERY PACK

L293D MOTOR DRIVER

HC-05 BLUETOOTH MODULE

JUMPER CABLES

CHASSIS

WHEELS

CASTER WHEEL

LED

fecl3 solution

PCB board

Step 2: Circuit and Prototyping

Connect parts like as above diagram.

Step 3: Coding

Upload code into Arduino.(((you can make modification if needed.)))

Check your car and if it work well, we need next part

Step 4: Second Part.

SO,NOW WE CREATE PROTOTYPE

______________________________________________________________________________________________

Next we want to create a PCB based on our prototype.

So first make a PCB design using Design softwares.

You can use “Eagle cad” “Fritzing” ...etc

I’m using Eagle cad . Please check following eagle tutorial...

Eagle board file is provided here . You can modify design as your on modification.

Step 5: PCB

Next,

we want to create a PCB board.

You can find many tutorials in YouTube. Check out some tutorial here.

PCB tutorial 1

PCB tutorial 2

After making PCB. drill and solder the parts on it.

Now our board is ready

Then fit board in the RC car chassis.

Step 6: App

Download android app from Google play store and install.

app link

After downloading this app

Goto bluetooth settings then pair and then connect with car.

Step 7: Testing

Now we completed all steps and make a car.

you can control using your smartphone .

Thank you for watching this
