Introduction: Arduino Controllable Lightswitch

Please see version 2 on my personal blog!

When starting my quest for an automated household I learned a few things.

Off the shelve solutions are expensive,
DIY solutions are typically ugly.

and since i cant change the first thing,
i took it upon myself to try and fix the second thing.

DISCLAIMER.

this Instructable involves
high voltage
sharp things
and other potential sources of bodily harm
do not attempt if you are not trained in such techniques
and etc.

this is my first instructable, so be kind.
also its not meant to be a complete instructable,
just a way for me to show you an idea i had that i thought was cool, it is in no means a finished project.

on the code side,
after you have dialed in what degrees are the max for on and off with the servo,
remember to call detach() about 300ms after telling the servo to turn your lightswitch "on"
or you will not be able to manually change the lightswitches state!

and a diode probably wouldn't hurt on the signal line so your not feeding back into your micro controller.
