Introduction: Big Cookie

Virginia's Big Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients. Spread on greased gingerbread person shaped pan. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes. Cool completely and remove from pan. Decorate with icing, sprinkles, or whatever you like.

Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
3-4 T milk
food coloring

Mix powdered sugar and milk to desired consistency. Divide into bowls and mix each color separately. Use a cake decorating tube to decorate the cookie. Have fun!
