Introduction: Brownie Cookies

This is an instructable on how to make Brownie Cookies by Sydney Cooper

Step 1: Ingredients

You will need the following:

1 Tps of Vanilla Extract (not shown)

Powdered sugar

I - 18oz moist boxed chocolate cake mix

1- 8oz package of cream cheese

1 egg (not shown)

1 stick of butter (room temperature)

Step 2: Start Mixing

First with an electric mixer cream the cream cheese and butter. Once smooth you will add the teaspoon of vanilla extract and beat in the egg yolk. Your mixture should result as shown.

Step 3: Refrigerate

You will add the cake mix into the mixture that was previously described. Beat until smooth and then refrigerate the mixture for two hours.

Step 4: Powder It Up

After two hours remove the mixture from the refrigerator and pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Roll the chilled batter into table spoon sized balls and roll them into the powdered sugar to desired amount. Place them on an ungreased cookie sheet approximately two inches apart. The mixture should make about 2 dozen cookies.

Step 5: Bake

You will bake the cookies for 12 minutes, take them out and cool on a cookie cooling rack.

Step 6: Enjoy!

Once the cookies have cooled they are now ready for you to enjoy!
