Cardboard Knight's Shield

This is another oldie but a goody.  Cardboard Knight's shield built out of 3 types of card, some glue, gaffa tape, plastic packing band and a small bit of felt.

I could have made it out of wood, but for a 7 year old kids party I didn't want a dozen kids crashing through my house with wooden shields and busting each others noses.

You can probably just work it out from the pics but if you want an instructable then let me know.
