Introduction: Crochet Witchy Legwarmers

This is a super easy and simple pattern to make some cozy, witchy styled legwarmers perfect for autumn and winter. Pair with stockings or on their own, around the house or add boots for a casual day and night look.

Materials.

10 ply acrylic yarn

6mm crochet hook

scissors.

Step 1: Starting Off Step 1

to begin chain 30.

Slip stitch to the first chain you created

Step 2: Step 2

Place one single crochet into every stitch. Join to the beginning with a slip stitch.

Step 3: Step 3

Place single crochet in first stitch and then chain two. You will then skip two stitches and place three double crochets into the third stitch. Chain one and place another three double crochets into the same stitch. Chain two and skip two stitches and place a single crochet in the third stitch. Repeat this pattern all the way around joining to the start with a slip stitch into the first single crochet.

Step 4: Step 4

chain 5 this will count as a double crochet and a chain two. Skip two stitches and place three double crochets in the third stitch. Chain one and place another three double crochets in the same stitch. Chain two and skip two stitches, place one double crochet in the third stitch. You will repeat this pattern all the way around, joining to the third chain from the bottom at the beginning with a slip stitch. You will repeat this pattern for a total of 23 rounds.

Step 5: Step 5 : the Final Step

To finish off chain three and place one single crochet into every chain, join to the beginning with a slip stitch and cut your yarn and tie it off. Now chain up a drawstring that is long enough to wrap around above your knee and tie a bow. Next thread it through each stitch.

Repeat this entire process to make a second legwarmer.
