Introduction: Easy One Pot Cabbage Roll Casserole

One of my favorite foods to eat is cabbage rolls. This was a treat that was reserved for holidays due to the amount of work it took to put these together. I tried once to make these at home and was overwhelmed with how complicated they were to put together.

So I decided to find a way to make something that tastes the same but is easy to make. The result of many experiments is this recipe - an easy way to make deconstructed cabbage rolls.

The taste is the same but it is so easy to make.

4 small tomatoes

14 oz. package of coleslaw mix

14 oz. can diced or crushed tomatoes

1 cup uncooked white rice (not instant rice)

1 cup water

1 Tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp sale

1/4 tsp pepper

Optional - shredded cheese

Step 1: Chop the Vegetables

Chop the onions and tomatoes into small pieces
