Do you hate a tangled mess in the bottom of your backpack? This 2-minute project will solve all your troubles.

Supplies

  • plastic cap (peanut butter jar-sized)
  • 3 hair ties
  • dremel with small drill bit

Step 1: Cut Notches

    Using a small drill bit, cut 4 notches as shown. And don't worry about sanding, the rough edges will help grip the ties.

    Step 2: Add Hair Ties

    1. Thread your 3rd hair tie under one of the others to create 2 loops
    2. Fold one loop over and pull through the other side
