Fix Stripped Door Hinge Screw Holes

This video shows a hack for fixing stripped screw holes when you have just a few. If you have many stripped holes, it is better to drill out the holes, glue in dowels and re-drill pilot holes.

Step 1: Stripped Holes

Identify the stripped hinge screw holes

Step 2: Mix Epoxy

Mix the epoxy putty well

Step 3: Fill

Press the mixed epoxy putty into the stripped screw hole

Step 4: Screw

Partially screw into the hole to push the epoxy putty in place
