Giant Cardboard Minion Costume

This year for Halloween I decided to make a Despicable Me Minion costume out of mostly cardboard, duct tape, and PVC pipe. It turned out amazing! I had high hopes that it would turn out but it far surpassed my expectations. I am 6'10'' and I wanted my eyes to be right above the goggles so through the magic of math and scaling the costume comes in at about 8.5' tall. It is huge! It ended up weighing roughly 50 pounds. I held it up on the inside with PVC pipe handles and a harness fashioned out of duct tape. I can move the arms from the inside by shifting PVC pipe levers. I went to two costume parties and people were lining up to take pictures with me! It was so much fun!
