Introduction: Halloween Poster Card With Pins
At a thrift store, I bought a bag of wooden Halloween shapes for 50 cents. I used them to make this poster card for my daughter who is away at college. She can give her friends the pins as Halloween treats.
Step 1: Prepare Pins
- Wooden Halloween shapes (3 bats, 2 witches, 2 ghosts, vampire, haunted house, tombstone, trick or treat)
- Bar pin backs
- Beacon's 3-in-1 Advanced Craft Glue
Glue pin backs to wooden shapes.
Step 2: Prepare Card Collage
- Poster board 9 1/2" x 12 1/4"
- Construction paper, card stock
- Corrugated paper
- Quilling paper
- Glue stick
- Elmer's glue
Layout pins and decide on design. Cut pieces for collage. I used corrugated paper for roof and shutters and quilling paper for window frames. When satisfied with design, glue pieces in place.
Step 3: Attach Pins to Card
Step 4: Add Halloween Stickers
