Harley Quinn Makeup & DIY Costume

This is one of the most popular costumes for Halloween this year, but the actual outfit can be pretty expensive! Not only do I show you how to achieve this super simple makeup look, but I also show you my DIY outfit, it's not exact but it's very effective

Step 1: Foundation & Eyebrows

You want to apply a pale foundation and fill in your eyebrows.

Step 2: Eyeshadow

Next you want to take a red or reddish pink eyeshadow and apply that to your right eye. Apply to the lower lash line and drag down the side of your cheek.

Do the same on the other eye but with blue eyeshadow.

Step 3: Liner & Mascara

Apply black eyeliner to the top lash line; draw a wing. Apply it to the lower lash line.

Add Mascara.

Step 4: Tattoos

You can either buy these or just take black eyeliner and draw a heart on the right side of the face. Also right the word "Rotten" on your jawline.

Step 5: Red Lipstick

Apply red lipstick. Then take two fingers and drag red lipstick onto chin.
