HEY! Listen!... to these instructions.
Step 1: Materials
Fake glitter snowball
Scotch tape
Plastic wrap
Metal coat hanger
Stiff wire
Blue paint
Step 2: Body
Paint the snowball blue everywhere but the center. Unfold the hanger and stab it into the bottom.
Step 3: Wings
Take the wire and make it into four wing shapes. Then tape plastic wrap around that. Stab the wings in and you have NAVI!
