Step 1: Take Out Your Stock License Plate Lights.

Step 2: Unplug the License Light Connector From Your BMW or MINI's Stock Harness.

Make sure you only pull off the license lamp connector and not the socket adapter.

Step 3: Connect the LED License Light to Your Stock Harness.

Plug the pigtail wires in between your stock harness and error free LED license lamp.

Test the LED license plate light to make sure it fully lights up.

Step 4: Final Steps

Wrap the connection with black tape to completely seal it from moisture coming in.

Snap the LED license lamp assembly back in to finish.
