Iroman Going to Battle

Taken at the Mont Blu in Lake Tahoe Ca. My homemade Ironman, out of fiberglass and resin.

 It took me 2 years to get it remotely how i wanted it. It still is a work in progress and i have done some work on it since this picture.

It was made out of pepakura, then resin/fiberglass, and bondo. It is a very tedious process but the results are worth it. I wanted to take it a step further and mold/cast everything but never got around to doing it.

 In all it took at least 100 hours probably more like 200.
