Step 1:

cut the knife out of the blade

Step 2:

drill hole for the grip

Step 3:

sharpening the blade

Step 4:

after the hardening polish the blade

Step 5:

make micarta for the grip with epoxy and paper

Step 6:

cut the grip out of the micarta and glue it to the blade

Step 7:

sabers the grip and polish it
