Who doesn't want to be Lady Gaga? I sure do, and Halloween is the perfect time to get on the telephone.

Step 1:

Detach the receiver and cord from the secondhand telephone and spray paint the cord yellow. Detach hidden strands of hair from the back underside of the wig and wrap the hair around the telephone receiver completely covering it. Secure with a glue gun and allow to completely dry. Then spray paint the hair-covered telephone and the front section of the wig bright yellow and allow to dry.

Step 2:

Pair a white pencil skirt with a white tank top. Using wax paper, cut a piece large enough to wrap from your waist in front and over your shoulder to your waist in back. Then cut a piece the same size and glue together with a glue stick. Repeat so you have two double-sheet pieces of wax paper. When wearing the white tank top, drape a piece of wax paper over each shoulder and cinch together with your white belt.

Step 3:

Put on your white skirt, black heels and create a dramatic Lady Gaga makeup look using lots of black eyeliner and purple or fuchsia lipstick. Complete the look with your telephone headpiece by first placing the wig on your head. Place the ear piece of hair-colored phone receiver over your left eye, and wrap the cord around to attach it as a headpiece.
