I tried to make this costume with everything I had at home. Some materials can be easily replaced. Hope you like it.

Supplies

pieces of eva
glue - I used TeKBond
pieces of nylon rope (I used clothesline rope)
black marker pen
cardboard tube
cylindrical piece to serve as a mold (I used a toothpick holder because of the shape)

Step 1: Chapéu

To make the top of the hat, I started by heating the eva with the hair dryer. When it became malleable, I forced it into the mold until I acquired the desired shape and size. After that, I cut it out and saved it. With a compass, I drew the brim of the hat and cut it out, using a utility knife. After that, I glued it together with the top. Then I cut out a strip of red eva and glued it to the hat. This strip helped to hide the imperfections. Then it was enough to make the details with the black pen.

Para fazer o topo do chapéu, comecei aquecendo o eva com o secador de cabelo. Quando ele ficava maleável, eu forçava no molde até adquirir o formato e tamanho desejados. Após isso, recortei e reservei. Com um compasso, desenhei a aba do chapéu e recortei, usando um estilete. Após isso, colei junto com o topo. Depois, recortei uma tira de eva vermelha e colei no chapéu. Essa tira ajudou a esconder as imperfeições. Depois, bastou fazer os detalhes com a caneta preta.

Step 2: Carne

Here, I used a cardboard roll as a base and covered it with pieces of eva.

I put white eva on the ends and two pieces of red eva. To make the bone, I cut a piece of white eva and folded it three times. On each fold, I placed a layer of TEKBOND glue. As a result, the bone became very rigid. Then I cut the ends to make the bone shape and then glued to the ends.

obs.: Could have sanded to give a better finish but I didn't have sandpaper at home.

Aqui, utilizei como base um rolo de papelão e cobri com os pedaços de eva.

Coloquei eva branco nas pontas e dois pedaços de eva vermelha. Para fazer o osso, cortei um pedaço de eva branco e dobrei umas três vezes. Em cada dobra, colocava uma camada de cola TEKBOND. Com isso, o osso ficou bem rígido. Depois cortei nas pontas para fazer o formato de osso e depois colei nas pontas.

obs.: Poderia ter lixado para dar um acabamento melhor mas não tinha lixa em casa.

Step 3: Sandálias

For the sandals, I drew around Harry's paws and made a mold. I cut this base and glued a few pieces of nylon rope to fill the base of the sandal. Then I cut out a few more pieces and made the sandal straps. As I didn't have black rope, I used a black pen to color.

Para as sandálias, eu desenhei em torno das patas do Harry e fiz um molde. Recortei essa base e colei uns pedaços da corda de nylon até preencher a base da sandália. Depois, recortei mais uns pedaços e fiz as tiras da sandália. Como não tinha corda preta, utilizei uma caneta preta para colorir.
