So it doesn't look like much, but this little hotel room hack has proven very useful and made me very happy. In my book, that's a successful hack!

What's so great about this quick toothbrush caddy? Everything!

It keeps my toothbrush off the hotel room bathroom counter
It allows my toothbrush to dry better
I don't have to carry anything extra to use it

Win-Win-Win!

Step 1: Materials

You'll need

A toothbrush
A washcloth
Optional toothbrush travel holder

Step 2: Roll 'er Up!

Take the washcloth and roll it up! Your washcloth roll can either be freestanding, or wedged between the faucet and the back splash or mirror, or leaned against the backsplash or mirror, depending on your hotel bathroom sink configuration. Every washcloth roll I've tried has stayed up quite nicely on its own.

Step 3: Insert Travel Holder

If you've got a travel holder for your toothbrush, insert it into the center of the rolled washcloth. If you don't skip right to inserting the toothbrush.

Step 4: Insert Toothbrush

Really, that's it. Insert your toothbrush and you're all set!

Step 5: Enjoy Your Stay!

Now you've got a way to keep your toothbrush clean and dry, so enjoy your stay!

I don't recommend leaving the toothbrush out when you leave the room, since cleaning crews spray stuff on the counters you probably don't want to put in your mouth . But when you come back in, roll up another washcloth and you're good as gold!
