Simple 'tin Can' Walking Stilts for Kids

A walk through video for making some simple 'tin can' style walking stilts for kids -- in this case out of old kitty litter bins instead of tin cans.

2x Kitty Litter Bins
Length of nylon rope

Tools:
Drill
Scissors
Flame source

Note: Google aside, these aren't actually stilts for your cat to wear.

Halloween wise you can give your child an extra boost in height, that they can quickly ditch at the bottom of the stairs before going up to a front door to get their loot.  Of course you'll have to rig up something to hold their loot bag while their hands are busy with the feet.
