Introduction: Sports Edits: a Complete Tutorial

A complete tutorial on: Sports edits. This is going to be part of my new series: Digital, Electric, and Fun. Well actually that's not a series... Yet. Bwahahahaahah. Yeah back to the point. I won't be mean and make this instructable into multiple parts of a series. Im not jerky. Hey Jerky, Jerky, Beef, Beef Jerky! Again, back to the point. So, uhh, you know, uhh, I dunno, uhhhh, let the instructables begin and let the edits be ever in your favor? Again, I dunno. But lets begin!

Step 1: The Picture

Guys, by the way, I take ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY if you get copyright infrigement, or trademark infringement, wait is that a thing? I dunno. By the way, if the police come after you you're on your own. :)

Soo yeah, decide a player, Go to google images, and download a cool picture of your player, in this tutorial I will use Darrelle Revis.

Step 2: Is This a Step? Sort Of? I Dunno. Go Figure

So if the player your image is of is a black person, go to step 3, if it is a white person, skip step 3 and go to step 4.

Step 3: The Skin: Black Guy

Soo, yeah. Uhh. Let's get started, soo open the photo of your player in Topaz Labs (photoFXlabs)

So follow the directions below:

Click on plugins

Select: Topaz Denoise, JPEG - strongest, then adjust the overall strength to your liking.

Next Topaz Adjust: Now there a few things you can do here:

  • Psychedelic
  • Simplify
  • Vivacous
  • And if your the crazy guy, Solarized Dreams

Or you could mix and match those. The above filters are in no apparent order.

Step 4: The Skin: White Guy

Soo, yeah. Uhh. Let's get started, soo open the photo of your player in Topaz Labs (photoFXlabs)

So follow the directions below:

Click on plugins Select: Topaz Denoise, JPEG - strongest, then adjust the overall strength to your liking.

Next Topaz Adjust: Now there a few things you can do here:

Psychedelic

Simplify

Vivacous

And if your the crazy guy, Solarized Dreams

Or you could mix and match those. The above filters are in no apparent order.

Sorry, my topaz software stopped working in the middle of the image, so i couldnt make an image for this step. Sorry!
