Does anyone know of storyboarding software that is similar to Storyboard Quick, but is cheaper than $150?

The software needs to have pre drawn characters, props, backgrounds, as I can't draw very well. Anything with similar fetures to Storyboard Quick that is below $150 dollars, as that is how high my budget will allow.
