I am a beginner on LED lights. Do you have an instruction manual on how to connect LED lights?

I am very interested on working with LED lights but don't know which end to connect first nor how to compute for diodes, resistors, etc., and how to connect them. I hope you can help me. Thanks and more power.

LEDs (as is the case with pretty much all electronic components) can be connected through a process known as soldering (alternatively, solderless breadboards or conductive glue can be used, google em for more info). As for computing power/voltage/current for diodes, you'll simply need to know Ohm's Law (V = I*R) and the simple equation for electrical power, P = V*I. (Where V is voltage, I is current, R is resistance, and P is electrical power). The leds should specify some sort of turn on voltage (for lack of a better technical term) and a maximum current, so your resistance can be measured that way. Note that if using a resistor network, you'll need to do equivalent resistances using parallel/series resistance formulas.
@ purduecer Ohm's Law can not be applied to semiconductors. Hence it will not give the correct value of resistance to be connected. It will only give a estimation. But to find value of resistance, running current through LED should me measured by using a small 3 or 6 V Battery / DC Power Supply. Then the resistance should be selected such that it will allow that much amount of current to flow through it. Also by referring to datasheet of LED provider running current can be found.
*Sighs* If you want to get into technicalities then indeed Ohm's law will not work across the full voltage/current range of diodes, however, it provides an acceptable approximation for the application in question.

Hello ! I would suggest you to get basic knowledge of passive electronic components and then move to active components. You can get information of all these components anywhere in google or wikipedia or even a bookshop near you. You can get a basic electronics book too.
