Step 1: Loading Up

when the pitcher is lifting his or her leg u should lean back a little to get power.

Step 2: The Stride

now that our loaded u can stride.a stride is when the ball is in the air you lift your front leg a inch or two off the ground and now u have two times the power

Step 3: Pivet

when u think its the right time u have to pivet a pivet is when u twist your legs in a circle but not moving your chest or higher.

Step 4: The Swing

i saved the best for last...the swing.i cant help u with the swing its YOUR swing so u have to make shur u have lots of power and that your timing is right.
