Introduction: 3 Quick and Easy Recipes (Part Two)

This is the second of three recipes in this series. This time, it will be a very simplified version of a Greek salad. The other two recipes can be found on my profile or here and here.

Step 1: Get Your Ingredients Ready.

As this is a salad, you can pretty much toss anything in here. Olives, bell peppers, avocado - anything. This is however the most simple. Feeds about 4 people.

Olive oil

2 tomatoes

1/2 cucumber

1 Romana salad

1 packet Feta cheese (100g)

Step 2: Chop the Vegetables.

Start cutting up all the vegetables into 2cmx2cmx2xcm dimensional pieces. Then, toss them all into a big bowl. Do the same with the feta, but get rid of the excess water in the packet first.

Step 3: Toss Together.

Now, after you tossed everything in, give it a rough mix and combine the ingredients loosely.

Step 4: Create the Dressing.

For the dressing you will need:

5 table spoons of olive oil

1 tea spoon white vinegar

2 cloves of garlic

salt

pepper

Step 5: Add Garlic, Vinegar and S&P.

Get a small mason jar that you can seal tightly. Fill the olive oil in there and add the garlic, vinegar and salt and pepper. Then, close the lid and shake the dressing to combine everything well.

Step 6: Assemble.

Once the dressing is done (shake it for about 15 seconds), pour it over your salad and mix through it once more. It is now ready to be served.
