Step 1: Gather Ingredients.
This recipe is an easy way to serve a lot of people while barely requiring any effort. This recipe makes a big bowl (roughly 1kg) of ice cream, so it is up to your judgement how many people that could feed. 5-7 is likely, however.
500g frozen strawberries
500g of any yogurt you enjoy
3 table spoons of honey
You will also need, and this tool is very important: a blender.
Step 2: Add Strawberries and Yogurt.
This step is going to be pretty much layering. As there will be a lot going on, alternating between yogurt and strawberries will help as the blender may not be able to handle all 500g of strawberries at once. So start off with half of the yogurt, half of the strawberries, then the rest of the yogurt and the rest of the strawberries. The strawberries can also be a little defrosted, as this will make your blender's life easier. Once that is set, start blending.
Step 3: Blend Everything.
Blending the frozen berries may seem very slow at first, but you need to keep your hopes up and, if needed, assist your blender by pushing the strawberries down the sides with a spatula. However, after around 5-7 minutes (depending on your blender), everything should come together nicely.
Step 4: Add the Honey.
After the strawberries are more or less mixed with the yogurt, add the honey - one by one. Add one table spoon, blend, another table soon, blend, and so on. That way you ensure the honey is spread evenly and also that the strawberries are blended finely and no chunks are left.
