Step 1: STEP 1: GET THE MATERIALS

THE FIRST THING ,YOU HAVE TO DO IS TO GET THE MATERIALS

2 BOTTLES 1.5 LITERS

ARDUINO UNO

2 SURVO MOTORS

ONE DC MOTOR ( SCAVENGE IT FROM A DRILL MACHINE AND GET IT RPM CONTROLLER OR USE A POTENTIOMETER)

2 LONG PIPES EQUAL LENGTH

Step 2: STEP 2:PLACEMENT

PLACE THE TWOO BOTTLE ON A WOODEN BOARD AT EQUAL HIEGHTS

THEN ,ADD WATER INTO THEM .

USE A TIMER TO MEASURE HOW MUCH TIME IS 100ML OF WATER TAKING TO FLOW FROM THE BOTTLE TO THE BEAKER. MEASURE FOR BOTH THE BOTTLES .DO USE WATER FOR ONE BOTTLE AND ANY OTHER FLUID FOR ANOTHER BOTTLE AND MEASURE ITS FLOW RATE , THEN MEASURE THAT HOW MUCH WATER GOT ADDED IN THE BEAKER IN 1 SECOND.

THATS IT YOU MEASURED THE FLOWRATE NOW THE ELECTRONICS PART.

Step 3: STEP 3: ELECTRONICS

USE AN ARDUINO UNO AND THE 2 SERVOS AND ATTACH THE SERVOS TWO THE TWO BOTTLE CAPS WHICH CAN GET FIXED FROM ONE SIDE AND GET OPENED AS THE SERVO MOVES.

NOW ATTACH THE SERVOS PINS

POWER PINS ARE RED(5VOLTS) AND BROWN(0 VOLTS)

AND ORANGE SIGNAL ATTACH IT TO PIN 9

AND THE OTHER SERVOS TO PIN10 OF ARDUINO.

NOW THE ONLY THING YOU NEED IS THE PROGRAM.

ILL UPLOAD IT SOON , OR YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE REPORT OF THIS PROJECT THE RTF FILE.

Step 4: STEP 4: DC MOTOR MIXING AND RPM CONTROLLER

NOW WE HAVE TO ATTACH THE MIXER WHICH IS EASY FOR ANY ONE TO DO , JUST LOOK AT THE DIAGRAM BUT THE MAIN PART IS POWER TO THIS SYSTEM,YOU HAVE TO GET A BATTERY AND A SOLAR PANEL AND MAKE A SOLAR PANEL CHARGING CIRCUIT , JUST CONNECT THE PANEL WITH A DIODE DIRECTLY TO THE BATTERY.OR MAKE A CHARGE CONTROLLER.AND FROM BATTERY YOU NEED TO GET A WIRE WHICH GIVES 9 VOLTS , THIS IS EASY, JUST TAKE A BATTERY OF 12 VOLTS AND ADD SOME RESISTORS OR USE LM7805 OR LM7809 IC AND YOU CAN GET A 9 VOLT SUPPLY FOR ARDUINO .NOW CONNECT THE ARDUINO WITH 9 VOLT POWER AND THE DC MOTOR DIRECTLY TO THE BATTERY.
